Staff was helpful but as other reviews mentioned, this property is in dire need of a deep cleaning, there are roaches in the rooms, first night no hot water and various items broken in the room, bath towels were dirty and stained, but the roaches was the worst. The location is very convenient and close to the parks.

Super friendly staff and in a convenient location!
The staff at the front were absolutely the sweetest! All ladies were so helpful. I needed a band-aid and they provided a few for me. I asked if they had a shuttle to Universal and we had missed it, but the ladies suggested we walk to the neighbor hotel which is Dockside Inn (a Universal Resort) and we hopped on their bus! It runs every 15 minutes. It was perfect. You do not have to be a guest of the hotel to ride the busses to Universal. The room was super clean. The hotel is close to a lot of entertainment/restaurants. We will definitely stay here again soon as we are annual passholders.
