From the moment I walked in, it was clear this hotel doesn’t care about cleanliness, customer service, or basic hospitality. • The room was filthy—stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom, and a strong smell of mildew. • The AC didn’t work properly in 100°F weather, and no one came to fix it despite multiple calls to the front desk. • Staff was rude and dismissive. They acted like doing their job was an inconvenience. • Wi-Fi was non-existent, and when I complained, they shrugged and said, “It usually doesn’t work.” • The breakfast was inedible—cold eggs, stale bread, and watered-down juice. Honestly, I would’ve been better off sleeping in my car. This place should be inspected by health authorities. Avoid at all costs!

Pros: Extremely comfortable beds, high quality Dove brand toiletries, and very quiet and peaceful stay. My husband said the breakfast buffet is the best one he's been to at a hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel from 5-10 pm that we tried -- it was delicious. Cons: The TV is old and doesn't offer much. The shower head was broken so the water pressure was really light, making showering a pain.

Additionally, the room’s lighting was dim, making it hard to feel relaxed. Overall, I didn’t feel like the room matched the quality I expected from a hotel in this price range. While the service and location were decent, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless the rooms were updated.
