I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so bad I felt compelled. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this hotel doesn’t care about cleanliness, customer service, or basic hospitality.
• The room was filthy—stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom, and a strong smell of mildew.
• The AC didn’t work properly in 100°F weather, and no one came to fix it despite multiple calls to the front desk.
• Staff was rude and dismissive. They acted like doing their job was an inconvenience.
• Wi-Fi was non-existent, and when I complained, they shrugged and said, “It usually doesn’t work.”
• The breakfast was inedible—cold eggs, stale bread, and watered-down juice.
Honestly, I would’ve been better off sleeping in my car. This place should be inspected by health authorities. Avoid at all costs!
