Séjour exceptionnel!
Nous avons eu un très beau séjour dans cet hôtel. Nôtre réception faite par Bernard a été exceptionnelle. Comme si nous étions reçu par un membre de la famille. Vraiment enchantée, je recommande fortement.

We were very disappointed upon our arrival. We planned to go to the pool, which is in the basement. We realized that there were no bathrobes in the room to wear to the pool (and come back). Also, there are no smart TVs anywhere in the hotel. When I called the reception to inquire, they said that the the bathrobes were reserved for the deluxe rooms but that they could brings some to our room if they found any (?!? It was low season so they brought us some) but that none of the rooms had smart TVs, so no Netflix etc during your stay etc. Even the basic room are quite expensive, I think it would be a minimum to have robes and smart TVs in 2025!

A very pleasant stay, staff friendly on check in and at breakfast, valet parking available, room a good size with modern bathroom and shower, very good location right on the Main Street surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful room
The room 117 is spacious and have a view on St-Jean street. The only problem is that the temperature of the water in the shower is difficult to adjust. It was the same in the other rooms of my family members.

Great Hotel steps away from the festivities
Stayed at the Manoir Victoria, during the Christmas with my family. Great location, close to the shops and square. A block away from the Christmas Market.

Nice hotel in old Quebec
Modernized old hotel within walking distance to everything in the old city. Pool was a little cool but sauna was nice. Breakfast was pricey but good. Staff is attentive. Nespresso in room was a plus. Restaurant Chez Boulez is attached and wonderful. Highly recommend Chez Boulez and associated wine bar-restaurant Le Bedeau. You’ll want reservations
