The room was good and the front desk staff was very good. I was in town for my mother eighty birthday. I wanted to rent the event center down stairs for cake and ice cream. The marketing specialist made me feel very unwanted. I feel it was because I was black and thought we would be disruptive. It was for an eighty year old. I was very displeased and had to find another venue on short notice.

Like the hotel, not the shower.
The receptionist told us when we book 3rd party they always give us the handicap room. We’ve been give. No handicap rooms many times. Not necessarily a problem, but the showers always get the floors wet making it an unpleasant experience as the floors are slippery.
