Check-in attendant wasn't very friendly.
They only accept cash, but I thought I had paid online. He rudely told me I was wrong. I asked him to help my friend get to the train station and he said "why?". With customer service like that you could have a ticket machine do a better job.

Avoid at all time !!! Here are the reasons: beds are horrible!!! Shower small and dirty !!! You can not leave your bag before you move in !! Stuff is not nice !! Worst experience in japan .. ah !! The Breakfast- is a joke !!!
