The worst hotel experience in years!
The first room assignment was a disaster. When we got to the room it was not clean, or like they said "re-conditioned".
There was rests of food on the table and night stands. Bed un-prepared and dirty, and the entire 3rd floor hall smell like marihuana, even though is a non smoking facility. The personal that was on the floor spoke some dialect (not English or Spanish) unable to understand.
We went down to the lobby again to explain the situation.
After this we waited for 45 min to get a new room on a different floor assigned.
During our three nights stay they never received a room service to clean the room or replace the towels. We have to fetch the lady's cart and replace towels on our own.
The hotel is under renovation (this was not indicated at the time we made the reservation) and the entire place was noisy and dusty during the day and afternoon.
The room was big (King size bed) with kitchenet ($145.00 /night) but the lack of quality of the customer service team, overweight any room characteristics.
There in no client satisfaction survey or anyone interested in the quality of your stay.
I personally doubt that this facility could keep a business growing with the current management and the personal in charge of it.
