Most of the staff were friendly. But, unfortunately, two of my credit cards were hacked at the Embassy Suites in Orlando. I ended up with charges from a hotel in Miramar on my card right after using the card to buy 2 bottles of water and the other after the parking charges were processed. Charge for $58, and 2 charges for $29 each! I had to cancel both cards. Please conduct background checks on all your staff members! Don't think I will stay there again or recommend.

Additionally, service throughout the hotel was subpar, with staff seeming disinterested in addressing concerns or improving the stay. Given Hilton’s reputation, I expected far better. Unfortunately, this hotel fell severely short in every aspect. I strongly recommend exploring other accommodation options if you’re visiting the Orlando area.
