For a $200+/room/night hotel I would expect a bit more customer oriented service (being snob is a thing of the past)....Also, please replace the bread toaster at the breakfast/dining, for the money the hotel makes, the customer would expect a clean toaster, at least functional.

The property is very clean have stayed here a few times and always have a good experience. The only thing the shower is unsafe gets very slippery when wet, they should put something down in the shower or provide one for you to put down yourself
