Great place but needs a little TLC
The location was great, the apartment has a great setting and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. But the cleanliness of apartment was not. The carpeting was stained, walls dirty, and furniture had stains on them. We had to call for them to replace air filter,it was filthy.

The property was well kept and accessing the unit itself was relatively easy. However, per the pictures I’ve included the unit did not appear to have been cleaned prior to my stay. These sheets are disgusting. There were several points of mildew/mold throughout the apartment as well as gnats flying around. I’d originally reserved for a Friday - Sunday but by Saturday afternoon I couldn’t take it anymore. Super dissatisfied

Great location, AMAZING communication! We did have a small issue actually getting into the unit despite the very good instructions… (Mostly attributed to user error apparently. It is a touch pad entry and you have to touch just the numbers for the code not the keypad first and then the numbers.) The beds were very comfortable, however the living room furniture not so much. We would stay there again.

If I could give more stars I would. This place was incredible! It was so much better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at and it was located in such a good area. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. I was able to text them about anything we needed or any questions we had and got an almost immediate response. We will definitely be staying again!!
