The grounds were nice. The lazy river was great and loved the outdoor movie but the room was nasty The sofa sleeper had mold on the mattress there were cockroaches in the room. I wouldn’t stay here again and would never recommend this place

Great check in. The lady was so friendly and knowledgeable. Love the lazy river! Great location and if you're lucky there may even be a rocket launch (great to see from the beach very close to the hotel). Rooms were comfortable but could hear everything from the next rooms.

Chain Girl is SOLD on this Gem
Normally I stay in mid priced chains but took a chance on this when I saw the lazy river. Loved it, will probably come back to Cocoa Beach and stay here. Next to the best with rentals and carts to borrow. Small kitchenette.
