L’adresse de l’établissement était incomplète et le numéro de téléphone permettant de contacter l’établissement n’existait pas. Nous n’avons donc pas pu séjourner dans l’établissement et avons dû trouver une autre solution d’hébergement. Le service client d’hotel.com a été informé dès le lendemain mais rien n’a été fait (ni remboursement, ni prise en compte de l’annulation).
