Tub was clogged. Faucet was broken. Roaches. Fridge/microwave was filthy. Exposed wires in ceiling. Hole in ceiling. Room was tiny. Nothing like pictures. Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana.

The pictures online are deceiving. This pictures have to be when this was newly painted or something. We got in here and I felt duped right away. I know it’s not the Taj Mahal. I couldn’t wait to leave. Tried to check out a day early before the 11am checkout and was told they can’t refund me for the next day because they can’t do refunds. I swear every time I see person from India at the front desk I know it’s going to be dirty. Never again. It was roaches in the bath tub the sink burners are dirty as hell. I had a silverfish crawl on my pillow while sleeping. My god. I slept in the car.

Check room closely for grunge before accepting
Room looked nice when I gave it a once over at check in. Reserved room/ efficiency apt for visiting daughter. She found whar looked like coffee grounds around the microwave, 2 used bars if their bath soap in bathtub and, when she walked around room wearing white socks, found that the tile floor hasn't been cleaned after last occupants. Only parking issue was another/ neighbor visitor who felt his old suv needed 2 parking spaces in front of his & our unit. Hotel us located close to high crime area. We had no issues.

I come to this particular hotel every time that I come to visit my mom, which is 2-3 times a year. I like to hotel due to convenience but the towel shortage for a 7 day stay is becoming problematic. I did as I was told to bring the dirty towel back to the office to “exchange” them midway thru my stay but only received just two back later that day. Not good guys. Please step up your game. Thanks.

FILTHY, DIRTY,DISGUSTING!!! We requested a refund and left the property. I would never stay or sleep in a bed that had urine stains and God knows what the other stains were on the filthy mattress! This hotel should be removed from hotels.com!!!!!!

Sure doesn't look like the pictures
The whole microwave on the inside was rusted the bathroom door was stuck open could not open it all the way freezer worked refrigerator didn't the burners on the stove were rusted hard to see the TV it had nine white dots on it. Hood vent for the stove didn't work light didn't work and it was rusted safety latch on door was broke didn't have one it was broken off. Blood spots on the inside of the entry door blood spots on the wall every time you walk outside somebody was asking for a cigarette my wife and I went outside in the morning to have a cup of coffee and somebody drove by in a car and stopped and asked if we wanted to buy some crack. I have a bunch of photos of everything that I just put on here but it will not let me upload them for some reason.

Was not able to get any sleep because of another guests car alarm going off every hour all night long, tried calling front desk several times, no answer. Thankful we were only booked for one night. The room was clean, the lady at the front desk when we checked in was polite.
