Front desk staff rude and discourteous. Ill trained. Woman on the night shift the night before check in, was unbelievably nasty, shouting at me on the phone.
The day man when we checked in, was someone who should not even be working with people.
Another very nasty, rude person, with a huge language barrier who spoke very little English, ignored ,me the person who supplied the credit card, instead looked directly at my sister and talked to her about my credit card and payment.
He would NOT tell us how much the room cost but
had processed my card before I approved that transaction.Still ,three days later, I have NO IDEA how much the room cost.
No one would tell us, and no one would give me a receipt.
The room the first night was a disaster. Sink would not drain
Metal shelf was falling off the wall with one screw holding it up.
Heater was loud and clangy, would not shut off.
Refrigerator was loud and would not shut down despite turning the dial to OFF.Coffee pot was filthy.TV did not work.
People upstairs shouting and talking at full volume ALL NIGHT, never once shutting up to sleep.'
ALL NIGHT and even the next morning at 6:00 a.m. they were still talking and stomping around like a herd of elephants. NEVER ONCE SHUT UP.
At one point there was sawing going on, wood or something.
My sister and I got absolutely not a minute of sleep that night.
