Staff was lovely, friendly, and helpful. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Floors in bathrooms were covered in a waxy, slippery coating, vent cover had about an inch of dust on it (not cleaned maybe ever but it was on the wall and easily reachable).

Decent 4 star hotel.
No it’s not a five star hotel, but it only cost me $85 total for a night. That was less than half the price for another hotel within walking distance. The Holiday Inn may be nicer at $200, but all I wanted was a clean room and a low rate. I got that at the Quality Inn. It seemed like a lot of the guests were construction crews. They leave out real early and come in late. They don’t bother anyone and you don’t have to contend with barking dogs or kids running around and yelling. If that and a lower price appeals to you then you’ll accept that a wall might need some touch up paint. If the paint is the most important thing to you, then go to the Holiday Inn and pay $200 per night with taxes and fees.
