Clean but noisy
Room was basic but clean. The only problem was the noise from the rooms next door. The adjoining room doors are very thin and we could hear every word said in the next room.

Ok.......
We loved the room itself. It did however smell really moldy which really effected mine and my husbands allergies. We really only used the room to sleep shower and eat as we were there to hunt for the weekend. Would definitely stay again but maybe in a different room.

Great R&R get away
We had a wonderful stay at Jacks. Room was clean, screened in porch was so nice to sit and drink coffee in the morning while looking out at the mountains and white river. All of the staff were very friendly, housekeeping was great. The food at Jojos was wonderful. Overall a great stay at Jacks. We were there for some r&r and did not fish. The drive to town was not far to listen to music in the park and on the square. Jacks was so peaceful and quiet.

Acceptable location...don't expect a hot shower, will be lukewarm. No vent in the bathroom, only a hole in the ceiling, a hole in the tub wall. Won't stay there again.

We had a great stay! Definitely outdated but in a familiar, cozy way. Like visiting your grandmas house. Everyone was friendly. It was quiet. Great spot! We’ll definitely be back!

Good - but needs new beds!
We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Jack's. It would have been 3 nights but the bed was absolutely awful. We couldn't take another night on that mattress. Overall, it is a wonderful place to bring the kids and have a good time....it just needs new mattresses! The restaurant is great!

We stayed here to watch the solar eclipse, so weren't there for the fishing. Had a great time, such a good place! The restaurant is fantastic.

We made a last minute trip from Austin, TX to Mountain View, AR for clear skies for the eclipse. Had no idea what this place would be like. I think we got the last two rooms. It’s a well maintained, lovely spot along the White River. The check in was easy, even arriving at midnight. We communicated with the owners, and they arranged for us to get the keys. We met people from all over, many regulars who come to fish and enjoy the beautiful Ozarks. Everyone there was friendly. Our stay was very relaxed and comfortable. We’re already thinking of returning to enjoy the cultural and natural sites of the area.

Where's the river?
When we booked, the info showed that we would have a river view. This was not the case and was very disappointing for us. The river view from the back porch was the #1 reason why we booked this place. Still a good stay, but there needs be a clear distinction on the booking site between a river view room and a non-river view room.

Great place. We stayed in the Main House by the dock. It was very nice and had a ton of space. The house had a musty/wet smell but overall would stay again.

Very rustic. Our room had mini blinds but didn’t have curtains. Not a deal breaker but for privacy and a break from outside lighting, it would have helped. Overall, very clean and extremely easy to check in. Love JoJo’s right on the property.
