When I first got there, the attendant at the lobby was on a personal call via a Bluetooth earpiece and really didn't want to deal with me. At some point, he asked me for my card for my security deposit but I couldn't tell he was even talking to me at that point because he was still on his call.
He proceeded to check me in quickly and gave me my access card, but just told me to take the stairs to the third floor. He could have told me that my room was on the other side of the building, or that there was an elevator to use instead of me carrying my luggage three flights of stairs and walking it all of the way to the opposite end of the hotel. This rubbed me the wrong way.
The room itself was exactly as pictured and looked comfortable. Everything was clean, and the HVAC unit worked well. The bath/shower had ample room to move around. All of the facilities in the unit worked just fine.
The beds, however, were old and lumpy to the point where I got a more comfortable sleep on the floor and/or the chair. Hoping they look at upgrading the beds soon.
The price point was great through Hotels.com and wildly cheaper than calling the hotel directly for a room. This was definitely the way to go!
