The staff didn't show up for our check in for almost one hour while asking us to wait for him. I was told long ago in Japan everyone is on time. While the staff kept sending us email asking what time would we arrive and we spent a long time finding how to replying email in expedia told him we would arrive at 3:30. While we waited for almost one hour for checking in and the house is very cold. For sure the only time meeting someone who isn't time sensitive and changed my mind of Japanese service
