My daughter lives in Playa del Carman and the hotel was everything we needed. It was great that we could cook some of our meals and hang out at the pool with our daughter. We come to Playa every year to visit our daughter and next year we for sure we will stay at your hotel again. The location was top notch and so close to everything like 5th, shopping, grocery and of course the beach.

We have stayed at Lahun 3 times. We love the size of the room, location to beach, and restaurants and closeness to Mega for food shopping. The pool is a nice treat. Adequate kitchen utensils to prepare meals. Cons: periodic sound of rushing water during sleeping hours. Could not identify source of water. Similar experience during previous stay. Room should have some outdoor patio furniture for balcony. Staff was responsive to all requests during visit; however, neither Expedia nor us could reach anyone prior to arrival for a few questions. A voucher option or discounted plan to downstairs patisserie or your partner The Holiday Inn would be a real plus.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. There are so many restaurants of all types, shops, the strip (quinta ave), the beach, all within easy walking distance. Our room had a fridge and microwave, a balcony and a comfortable bed. The staff was great, and the room was clean. The rooftop pool was also great for my son and I. Also we had no issue with hot water, contrary to some other reviews. I would definitely come back. Jan 2024.

My stay was good, room was clean and a good size. No hot water for showers though. Some of the other guests were very loud and rowdy which was easy to hear, thing walls. For the price point I would recommend to friends, great Mexican taco place under the complex.

I stayed one week at this hotel and it was a great experience . The staff was friendly and helpful. If only one complaint , you have to wait exactly at the check in time to enter the room . No provisions can be allowed before check in time if the room is available. Other than that it was overall great experience.

There’s no reception in the building. TV doesn’t have any streaming service or anything. It turns on but doesn’t play anything. We didn’t have any towels, and later a staff got us very old and worn out towels that almost looked like rags. Shower took about 10mins to get hot water and stream was extremely weak. Also shower booth leak water all over the floor. Elevator stopped working on my floor from our second day, so we had to take stairs. I could hear all noises from my next doors. Breakfast was good and staffs were nice!

Perfect location, 6-7 minutes walk to the beach, one block from Quinta (5th) Avenida. Big room, comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom. Good breakfast, every morning different menu. Special thanks to Argens and Miguel, who served us at breakfast. This guys are nice, professional, willing to help.

Super spacious suite. King size bed, including a pull out sofa. Super nice kitchen with plenty of cooking supplies (FYI only carries essentials). Awesome refrigerator with lots of rooms. AC was outstanding, two separate controls, one in the room and another in the common space. My only critique I have was that sometimes there wasn’t hot water, it was always finicky. Made it was our shower. I’m addition, the room didn’t come with blankets for the sofa bed. I asked for a blanket and they only brought sheets instead. Until the third time they brought a blanket.

HORRIBLE STAY - AVOID IF U WANT TO SHOWER!!!!!!
WORST EXPERIENCE! NO WATER FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS!! None! Literally had to go to a spa down the street to SHOWER! Then when the guests got water none of us had ANY water pressure or HOT water. They trick you, but it's been an ongoing issue in their building!! No refund offered!! No drinking water provided! Only a hurricane meal which was a squished sandwich (ham/cheese), the tiniest bottle of the cheapest water, smallest apple. They claim all their staff speak English but some didn't, especially SECURITY. Was there during the hurricane in which power went out for 12+ hours (understandable, fine). As a guest, I wasn't told that I wouldn't be able to get groceries and all stores were closed for two days. They told me this 15 min before everything closed! Ridiculous! This meant NO drinking water for days since they refused to provide any. Security LAUGHED at me when I needed water - by the way security is in the other building across the STREET so if you have an EMERGENCY in your room at night DON'T expect ANY help. Their website claims a CALM and RELAXING stay with all these "free" experiences. You don't get ANY of them!! It's all a lie! They make it IMPOSSIBLE for you to leave (you can, but they WILL NOT refund you)! They provided nothing to me for two weeks! I have multiple recordings of no water, and all the screenshots from their POOR MANAGEMENT of their lies. The only good thing was the cleaner is great (I had Alex). The cafe downstairs is good as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
