I was nervous when I could see our hotel from a busy transportation plaza but the staff were so kind and welcoming with a welcome glass of Prosecco. Our room was charming and old world with tapestry wallpaper and dark wood beams on the ceiling. Perfect to set the tone for a wonderful stay in Venice. They even offer garden seating for their delicious buffet breakfast. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants convenient access to the airport while still being on the island of Venice with its art, charm and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay. Our room was newly renovated and the mattress was very comfortable. Our room had a beautiful view and was quiet and cool. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They locked away our luggage and gave us free drinks while we waited for our check in time. The hotel is in a beautiful location and has easy access to the bus stop, train station, and is within walking distance to many of the wonderful sights of Venice. Highly recommend!

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure great, hygienic amenities were well stocked, and the tea/coffee/kettle and complimentary bottles of water were such a plus! This place was great! Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and what to see & where to go in Venice. They gave us GREAT restaurant recommendations.
