Overall, the property is great and it’s very close to the beach , the Check in staff was great and friendly. And the bedrooms are renovated very good . However, the bathroom has a sliding door which is glass when you are in the bathroom, your shadow can be seen by the person that is in the bedroom.

Perfectly located on Ocean Drive with an old-school Art Deco vibe that feels both historic and fresh. The room was spotless, the A/C was ice cold, and the bed was genuinely comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. You’re across from the beach, but it still feels like a quiet escape. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing place!!! There is a parking garage right behind the property and only 20$ for 24 hours and 2$ an hour. Much cheaper than the valley parking(they probably just park the car there anyways. This was a classic art deco buildings with plenty of character. The location and the staff was the best part. Age of building aside some issues I had were the need for more mirrors, barn door for the bathroom (pocket door might be better), there was only a rainfall shower head which freezes you when you turn the shower on, due to shower surround. Other than that pleasant enough. Good option for a short stay and South Beach experience.
