One of the nicer properties around Union Square. Room was spacious, quiet, bed was comfortable, and the hotel overall is nice. The woman who checked me in on the left side of the lobby was a bit cold and unwelcoming; however the woman over at the Concierge area (right side when you walk in) was super nice. my new favorite place to stay whenever im visiting sf for sure!! the staff are so friendly, welcoming, and respectful. they treat you like you are royalty and even allowed us to check out later at no additional cost. the price per night is extremely affordable for the beautiful & spacious room you get (huge bathroom, nice bedroom, living room, and kitchen area). they even have a cute little event on fridays where they serve finger foods and prosecco which was a really pleasant surprise!! best stay ever!
