Beautiful hotel, but didn’t answer phone or WhatsApp before arrival. Had to park and carry luggage/10 min walk to prevent getting ticket in old town. Lady at desk was rude, but acknowledged her mistake not responding.

Beautiful Hotel in Lecce
This was not our first and won’t be our last trip to Lecce and we will certainly be back to Pollicastro boutique hotel. Wonderful property, spacious and comfortable room and the staff, unbelievable. Front desk staff was top notch, breakfast was amazing. My wife and I are vegetarian and barely mentioned it but the chef at breakfast prepared us a delicious vegetarian option without us asking. Do NOT miss the rooftop, gorgeous. We will return.
