Initially the stay was going lovely but it turned out to be a bad experience. My family and I were in Tuscaloosa for my niece’s graduation so we were extremely excited. The check in was very nice and the front desk attendants were very friendly and outgoing. However, everything went downhill once we made back to the room from shopping. I was getting ready to relax for the night and I couldn’t get the television to work. I called the front desk to inform them on the matter. Jordan, the front desk attendant, came up to help but she couldn’t get it to work either so she said she would get someone else and we didn’t hear/see anyone else that. I didn’t have a television at all that night and was not asked to be switched to another room. The worst part was the hotel manager trying to say I was lying about my room. I spent over $650 for three rooms and I would have loved to have been accommodated better. It’s very unfortunate because the hotel is located in a perfect spot but they don’t do right by their customers.
