Sooooo close to perfection…9.9 out of 10!
My stay was totally AMAZING!!! Everything was just….ok, Well…..almost everything…I have to give you a 9.9 out of 10…sorry..let me explain…Literally everything was absolutely wonderful! Until we got the to breakfast in the morning (the actual breakfast was AMAZING as well) , but it’s those VERY CHEAP plastic utensils that you have…I literally struggled even having to use a knife to cut my pancakes cause the fork along wasn’t sturdy enough…Who uses a knife to cut pancakes for crying out loud! Surely a fancy hotel like yours can provide better eating utensils (or maybe even a more sturdy kind of plastic utensils …I will definitely pack some from home just in case for next time….Don’t worry, Lord willing we will be coming back next year, but I do NOT a want to have to cut my pancakes with a flimsy plastic fork and plastic knife again!….Bottom line 9.9 out of 10…so close to perfection…hopefully it will be different next year in 2025!😀

Would not stay again. Bed sheets had stains, old food left by perimeter of the bed. Spoke with front desk and they stated they had no other room to move us to and they would have housekeeping clean the following day. I have an infant crawling on the floor, so this was disappointing. Next day came and they did not vacuum, had to personally go up to the housekeeping staff and ask if they could vacuum. Made it work for the four days we were there but for the cost would not come back. Breakfast was very busy, not a lot of family seating. Pool was small. Did like the outdoor patio area to sit on.

The property was clean and safe. However if you use Expedia they tend to put you in the furthest away room and in the front where the noise of the busy road could be heard. Also there was a light flashing on the ceiling. I had no idea what that was. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was spotless.

Great hotel for Cedar Point
This is a wonderful, updated HIE near Cedar Point. The staff was attentive and helpful. Check in was easy. The room was new and updated. It’s about 20 mins from the park and was a great place to stay. The breakfast in the morning was satisfactory and well stocked. Our only complaint was the carpets were dirty under the beds, we found an old baby bottle under one them and trash.
