Pet Friendly

Right from the beginning, the staff was friendly, caring, and helpful. The room was pleasant and it had a view of Morro Rock. Its even better from the roof top! The sunset is amazing. The contential breakfast was clean with a variety of protein foods; egg omellete, sausages, yogurt. Pet Friendly was the best part because we had our dog. Location was fantasic because walking to shops and eatries was easy. To top it off, pizza was right behind the hotel. It was a great spot! The only drawbacks was the hall flooring, i felt like I was walking in space as the floor was soft. You could hear yourself walking and thinking I should step quietly. I really enjoyed the place.

Enjoyable Stay

Made a last minute reservation at 11:30 am, was able to check in 15 minutes later. We have stayed at the Ascot several times. We have never had a problem. Roof top area was amazing. Spent the afternoon and evening watching the sun go down. Was able to chat with other residents and later enjoyed the fire table with drinks.

Front desk staff Marisol was amazing. Our drive to Morro Bay was long and stressful. She greeted us with a very nice and friendly smile. She took great care of us during the check in process. The hotel room was very clean and modern. We loved using the jacuzzi bathtub and fireplace. Perfect location conveniently surrounded by restaurants and shops. We had a great weekend getaway saying at Ascot Suits. Thanks Marisol!!

Just enjoyed a wonderful week in Morro Bay at the Ascot Suites. Simple, clean, modern, and comfortable- the amenities were perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the complimentary daily continental breakfast that included eggs, sausage and waffles in the cozy dining area. The jacuzzi and fireplace in the spacious room were nice as well. I also loved that it was pet-friendly. Will definitely recommend and there again!

Great stay with short walks

Hotel is excellent, staff were all very friendly, breakfast is included every morning. The rooms are very nice and our had a jetted tub. For us the bed was to firm and we would be sore the next morning. It my be perfect for others just not us. Walls are thin, we could hear the neighbors conversations very easily. Other than those 2 small issues it's a great place to stay. I'll definitely rebook the room again

Not too shabby

We decided to stay at the Ascot suites because it was renovated within the last year. Our first time staying here was a pretty good experience. Friendly staff, nice size upgraded room and bathroom. And the rooftop having a lounge area was a huge bonus. Beautiful views and comfortable seating with a fire pit for chilly nights. It’s also walking distance to everything. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Had an absolutely beautiful stay. I was a little apprehensive when I booked it, because I generally stay at chain hotels, but this one was awesome! I would not hesitate to stay here again, and the everyone on the staff was very attentive, friendly, and nice. There was a nice continental breakfast each morning. The location was great and close to the restaurants and shopping, all within a short walking distance. If you get to Morro Bay, check this place out.
