I had 4 nights, since night 1 I had something every time, starts with thermostat not adjustable for AC, and they saying “we don’t have a heat in system, you cannot put temperature up” - you cannot adjust a AC? Are you kidding me? Maintenance guy came in twice, saying the same, had no clue what to do, does not even speak English. Cables were sticking out from T-stat. I got moved to another room, has a same issue, thermostat was set for 66F, it was freezing in room. Third time maintenance guy came and turned off thermostat and give me a portable heater. If you turn off AC, humidity will raise, but nobody understands system. Shower drain was clogged, shower had needed to get change, most of hole did not work. Wall tile was missing from wall, grab bar fall out from wall. Supposed to be 4* hotel, I would not give 3 for that. Receptions told me I got discounted for all the trouble. Same manager checked me out, and was no question, no comments, no money back. It is disgusting. I made research how can set thermostat what can take temperature higher and it worked. Maintenance and hotel does not have a knowledge to do so and help customers to be comfortable. Easy to say, I cannot do anything.
