Stay was average
Stay was comfortable. I booked a jacuzzi jetted tub room and when I got there they said if you book through vacation websites that the advertising of a jacuzzi jetted tub is false. Ended up with a regular size tub with jets. Ran it through a few times before using and dirty things came out of it. Never used it for the jetted tub. Breakfast was ok. The regular scrambled eggs with toast,cereal,yogurt,waffles,and pastry. Overall bed was comfortable and room was quiet

Nice hotel. Room was clean, we stayed 3 nights. Pet fee was fare at $35. Nice staff, gave us plenty of towels. Just one small complaint, the grass for walking the dog was pretty tall so wasn't pleasant for me or my little dog to walk in.

Traveled to Morganton to see my father, who had been relocated due to Hurricane Helene. Given the situation the hotel provided excellent service. They had just had power restored, and were full of relief workers. Angelina went above and beyond. I hope to stay again under better circumstances.

Beware of snakes and getting scammed
I arrived and learned that the room I reserved and already paid for was unavailable due to a snake being in the room. No refund was offered so I’m out $300! Then there were no hotel room vacancies within 20 miles. It was late at night and I was exhausted. I ended up just going back home.

Nice stay
Great stay. Bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and it smelled so nice. The only fault is that there was no shower curtain, not sure if it was on purpose or a lapse from someone but we ended up with a very wet bathroom floor. Breakfast was nice too.

Overall pretty good for the price. The only big complaint is the AC unit in the room would not cool the room to the desired temperature. When we walked in, the unit was off a the room was very warm. Set the temperature to 60 but I doubt the room ever got cooler than 70 by the next morning. I also heard people from two different rooms at breakfast say their rooms did not cool well either. After a full day of running it became comfortable but never to the desired temperature. Place was clean and staff was nice.

Staff was great the 2 ladies at check in were helpful and very friendly . They both had big beautiful smiles and it felt very welcoming . The breakfast was ok the eggs need a little work they were a little watery.

Nothing unique. The room i rented was not as advertised. Had it been as advertised i would have never stayed here. The pool and pool room also looked bigger and better than reality. The fitness room was only big enough to fit o e person in there comfortably.
