The service and room conditions is horrible at this hotel on Dumfries road (Route 234) in Dumfries VA. The room was freezing and there was no heat in the room. They switched the room, and there was NO heat either. The Franchisee always cut corners to save money and NEGLET service and comfort aspects. Who in the right mind torn off the heat in freezing temperatures in all rooms??!!!!! STAY AWAY from this hotel.

The bathrooms have no hooks or rails; no rack to hang clothes; the shower has to be yanked; the tub doesn't drain; the iron & hair drier are gross - have never been cleaned; the entrance door & foyer to the 2nd floor are cracked, dirty & old; the hall carpet needs to be replaced. Nothing to recommend this hotel - there are cockroahes all over.

Although the customer service was impeccable, the room was not. I ended up leaving in the middle of the night as there were roaches coming out of everywhere. Totally uncomfortable. The room was clean, but it did not take away from the roaches coming in there

Hotel is run down. Rooms are dirty, holes in bed sheets, shower almost broke to turn on, bugs in bathroom, hair clogging the sink, hallway smelled like pot. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to stay at at all!

Doors were not working near room had to take stairs to 3rd story. No elevator i was told. Took 3 trips to car to get belongings. Also sign at front desk said $150 deposit cash only. Refundable when checking out. I wasnt made to pay but next day a gentleman who paid online as i did had to. Why ????Theres is nothing on line that states that. It should. Breakfast was muffins,yogurt, fruit cup. coffee pot out of order.
