I thought I booked a room with a view. When we got to the room I opened the curtains/ they were falling apart… ripped/shredded. No view. Went back to desk and stayed thought I had a view room. Nope I was told. So I paid more money to get a room with a view. That room was dirty… stained carpet, popcorn and ? On floor. Plus that YV didn’t work. Went down stairs again, phones didn’t work… a person was sent up to the room to fix the tv. Yeice, he came to the room. He didn’t forks English. Tv still didn’t work. Again back to the deck. Oh, the tv could not be fixed. And, man said, oh yeah, I did see that you had booked a view room in the first place.
Moved rooms shin, back to a no room view.. as although there might have been two other parties staying there that was the only room stay. Oh, we went to have a cocktail and to eat- well the restaurant/ bar was closed. Even thought the advertising stated the facility had on site/ available. In addition, there were signs in door d out happy hours, by restaurants door and in all three rooms. WiFi never worked also. I asked the virtual (on co
Computer screen person) about WiFi- he could not help. I asked one person in breakfast room s out WiFi, she didn’t speak English. And the same person now at the desk, as I asked the remote person for a bill said to do this, this, and this and in front of him I showed him none of those things worked. Further he gave me no bill as I booked third party. He would give me nothing to state I ever stayed….
