Family Reunion in NJ

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Front desk was friendly enough but a little distracted. We were disappointed that the restaurant and bar were for "events" only. The website does not specify this and we had planned to spend time with family at the bar.

We had an amazing stay at the Wilshire, from the welcoming staff (Donna) to the spacious mobility impaired accommodating room. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I’m in the area again. Many thanks for making my stay during a difficult time very pleasant.

Gets the job done

Front desk staff varied from excellent to not so great. I asked for two extra pillows over the course of 48 hours 6 times, with no luck. The last time I inquired, I was told they had no more pillows and then asked why I hadn’t asked to speak with a manager. A little bit frustrating. Granted, It was a busy weekend for them. Shower faucets were a bit finicky. We also booked a room with a jacuzzi, and didn’t get that. Place was clean, quiet, toilets/showers worked. Breakfast was plentiful. Price was right.
