The air conditioner is connected to the outside. So we can't close the window completely. There's a bar, a main road and a railway downstairs and it's very noisy till very very late. The sheet's broken. The TV doesn't work. Everything is old. I never lived in a hotel so old so terrible.

The property is very well located, but absolutely not worth the expensive price requested. Don't be fooled, price gauging does exist. Sorry to put this info as feedback, but need to be reflected in this review. Stayed at different places in Banff and Calgary, at a lower cost, and was much much more updated, clean, convenient and price worthy.
