Not bad for the price!

My girlfriend and I only stayed for a day, but it was great! The fridge and microwave are an addition I like to see that I don't see at many cheaper hotels. The room did not, however, come with shampoo. They also use wall-mounted air conditioners that take a second to heat up or cool down the room, but they do the job. Overall I enjoyed my stay a lot!

Looked ok from the outside but once we walked in the fish tank plants on the fake fire place I knew! They charged more once we arrived! First room i got was VERY old and dirty, with old carpet and was not the same as advertised I mean old, second room had broken furniture, big towel rack fell off wall, nasty tub, part of the head board was broken off, nasty floors this place looks like it was just bought and they just painted it and reopened I would not recommend this place and they would not do anything for us after are stay will never go back there also friends had the same experience same room as me and I also paid more for my room which was the same as the one they had!

Charged fees for service animal - ADA states that is Illegal. Never ever been charged fees anywhere before. Even locked us out of the room because he stated he forgot to charge for the cleaning fee for service animal. He could have called our room or my cell phone and let me know. How unprofessional and very uncalled for. I did call police department told me they did not ever hear of charging cleaning fees for service animals. I will get in touch with ADA and reprt this issue to them.

Disgusting!!!

One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever booked!!! The window heat/AC unit was filthy and hanging off the wall, the bathroom was disgusting and the inside of the door either had blood or maybe coffee splattered on it!!! Needless to say we did not end up staying the night and when i explained the room situation the the person at the front desk he didnt even offer to give us a new room or a refund or even a sorry. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We left a day early ones refund on that day they told us to contact Orbitz which I did they contact the property no answers got no refund will never stay here again very dishonest people

The room was clean, but going to our room there was a patio table right in the middle of the walkway. Around the table were People drinking, a drunk man, making very smart dirty remarks to anyone going around them. Made us very nervous don’t know if some of them worked there or not. Will not be returning. No coffee pots in rooms. No do not disturb signs either, ask for a room on main floor and was told we could climb stairs. That is very hard with a walker.

Nice Motel. Friendly Staff. Great Price!

Great location. Friendly staff. Great price. Nice motel with a super bed. The owner was very attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome. We travel to Branson several times a year, and we will probably start coming to this motel from now on.
