Great little place!
Honestly the day we stayed here we couldn't have been more appreciative of Chuck. We were burning up in the heat and even though it was quite early Chuck let us check in. Also recommended an amazing museum and some food. Only thing is the locks are a little funky so accidentally had someone walk into our room when we were sleeping. But it was obviously just a misunderstanding and I should have double checked the lock!

4/10 Fair

Suspect we would have been happier if we received the room we had booked (king bed cabin). Instead, this was a double bed in a very small cramped room about 10x12 feet that seemed to be a walled off room of the main residence. Loud, clear conversation could be heard from 0530 on, and a dog barked and paced incessantly that morning for an hour on the other side of a connecting door (?). While it’s clear the owners have tried to keep up with the property as best they can and the grounds/other exterior cabins were very cute, this room was overdue for renovation, a deep cleaning, smelled of pet urine, and was overall very uncomfortable feeling. If this room is rented out regularly, it should be advertised as such and not as one of the cabin rooms that by the pictures appeared much higher quality. Oh, and while the fly swatter hanging on the wall was a nice touch, it would be nice if the dead flies smashed on the decor had been cleaned off.

Many things just need a standard handyman to fix in rooms…..plus an exterminator, as there were ants everywhere outside the rooms & parking area! Like no towel bar, no tp roll holder, loose faucets, etc…..simple fixes, but you can tell owner could care less.

This hotel was cute, clean and very convenient. The property is dated, but it's rustic charm of the stone cabins and welcoming staff made our stay comfortable. It's a great place to stay when heading off the beaten path and you need a place to sleep.

Very nice cabin. Staff helpful when we moved in. Chuck was very nice and helped us figure out tv remote. Very windy day so we were glad to get off the road, as we were on bicycles.

Grand Cabin Cabin is a simple lovely motel where you can stop by on your way to parks and canyons. It is quiet and right at a crossing along Main street. Also, the owner and his son have been super super kind helping me with a flat tire making it possible for me not to waste two days of my trip :)

This is a great place to stay. It's dated, but super clean. It's an old Motel and travel cabin type place. The walls are super thin so you hear noise, but the area is charming.
