The property is historic. However, it lacks amenities of newer properties (e.g., bar, patio with service)

The Belmont is located in an old motor inn (garages and everything). If you stay here, expect a lot of walking. They have all the old driveways blocked off and there is nowhere to park near where you stay. You park in a parking lot off the property and walk. It's clear this hotel is in an area they are trying to revitalize, but the building itself isn't ready. There were lots of cracks, sheetrock problems and pain problems. The room and bathrooms are pretty small. It isn't a bad place, but not what I paid for and expected.

Horrible Cant believe Travelocity has this property on its site. It was shocking. Belmont is actually an old-time motor court that’s under renovation. Trashy, from the empty beer cans in waste can to the dead tree outside the door. Room was a complete joke. Threadbare towels. Shower curtain inadequate. Two nights cost $424 which we prepaid. Belmont was so bad we left & didn't stay second night. It was that bad. The hotel doesn’t own a luggage cart, we were told. Staff was untrained. My husband & I were furious

Bar was not available. Under construction for remodel. Was expecting a cute eclectic vibe. It’s very dated in not a good sense. Sofa looked dirty.
Will not stay here again.

Quiet Stay In The West End
No frills lodging, as in no microwave or mini-fridge in the room. As of today, the hotel is still under renovation and the bar and restaurant were not available. The architecture is unique. Although the hotel is old, it's very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Hotel under renovation. Parking only next door. Looked abandoned. Room condition a little rough. Loved this place in the past - hope the renovation gives this fabulous historic hotel the love it needs to be great again. Location, views and bar are incredible normally.

Wish it was like before
All the good and welcoming things of this hotel have gone by the wayside. The bar was
closed, no fruit and muffins like our last stay.
Still no restaurant..No transportation to the show like before. The lobby was taken over
by a special event. There is a great hotel dog named Max, he was the best part of the stay.

Great spot.
Great little spot, would definitely stay again. Nice little bar and patio. A little run down and small but made up for with a simple but comfortable space, nice staff and convenient location

Parking does not feel safe. Too far from room and a very steep driveway makes the hike from parking lot to your actual room is a lot to ask when the rate are no bargain.
No in room coffee. Clean but only bare basics provided.
