I had a wonderful stay at the Florum Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a single room with a balcony that had a stunning view of the city. This is a hidden gem with a pretty convenient location in downtown Vienna. There are a lot of food options around the area, and you can even go walking to some of Viennas most famous landmarks. Pretty good.
The corridors were a bit glum, and the room didn't have a "do not disturb" sign, but it was clean, provided a tea set, a TV with access to Netflix and Amazon, a desk to do my work, and the bathroom was clean and tidy with fresh towels every day. The location is great. We thought we were just booking a cheap hotel to stay a few days, and we were pleasantly surprised. Value for money.
