SPA SANDOS has 16 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples and outdoor treatment areas. Massages are available on the beach and in the spa. Other services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages and sports massages. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy, hydrotherapy and reflexology. The spa is equipped with a sauna, a hot tub, a steam room and Turkish bath/hammam.

Awsome resort child friendly has a water park for kids to enjoy. The only thing I dislike was the way the reservations to eat at the restaurant work they will tell you to reserve in there app but there was never a open table so be ready to dine at the buffets.

The property itself is in a very unique rain forest setting. You are surrounded by amazing vegetation and lots of animals. The beach is beautiful but rocky. They should have a separate area for vegan and vegetarian so that you can identify what food contains meat, seafood and cheese.

The resort is beautiful. Our room was not the cleanest when we arrived but, hey, we were in a jungle. No hot water for the first 4 days and out shower flooded but we got things figured out. Lots to do on the property. Loved swimming in the cenote and the calmer pools. The main pool was a little crazy for us.

We had an amazing family vacation. Staff were super attentive and friendly at all times even waiting a few mins at the check in we got offered drinks right as we arrived. My kids ages 5 & 7 loved the water park. Plenty of snacks, food and drinks for everyone. Enjoyed all the wild animals on the property and the magical cenote which is a natural pool.

The grounds were fantastic nestled into the jungle with lots of tree coverage so you're not being baked on the sun. They had excellent live entertainment and shows every night. The food at La Laguna was as what you would expect from an average buffet but was still very tasty and the staff was allergy mindful of my youngest son who has a severe Tree nut allergy. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants on site, as well as the onsite entertainment and everything that the resort put forward to make our stay as best as possible. We really enjoyed the restaurants that were on site. Booking through Expedia gave us extra privileges to have concierge book our restaurants for us, so we did not have to wait up till midnight to put them ourselves online.

I really love this place me and my kid had a ball literally taco stand and fruit in the afternoon was a plus and late night at 11 once everything close wings the restaurants the Cenote was my favorite place to be because it had cold water pools where hot once 12 noon hit drinks had me Tore up Bluetooth in my room we enjoyed it we dance and party alone in our room shows were great kids club was a plus to cool ya kid off I loved it
