Overall we had an excellent experience at the hotel, minus the barking dogs in the early morning hours and what sounded like 3-4 people congregating right outside of our room at around 8am, seemingly with no courtesy that others may still be sleeping. This is no fault of the hotel, it was just frustrating as someone who works late and sleeps in. The staff was lovely and accommodating, the rooms were clean and well stocked, and the private theater was such a fun experience. Would definitely stay again.

The facility and amenities are fantastic, very clean. But we rented a room for family visiting, only to find out afterwards that they don't rent to people that are local???? We had to get the associate at the front desk to call the manager to get it approved. So be aware of this if you are making reservations through a third-party booking site.

Our stay was wonderful. The only drawback was that there was no handicap accessible double queen rooms in this hotel. The bathroom was challenging and dangerous for one member of our party. Toilet was too low, no bars or rails and a high step in tub. Other than that, I would highly recommend The Grand Hotel.
