Great hotel with direct park access
This hotel was great with direct park access. We had a western themed room which was cool. My daughter loved it. Hotel was very clean and pool was good. There was also a treasure hunt for the kids after dinner which was great. The kids got to go into the park after dark. They even gave the kids lanterns which was a nice touch. . The things we didn't like were the 4pm check in and 10am check out. The food was also very expensive and the dinner was only a buffet option, €33 per adult for buffet dinner. Food was only OK. We would stay there again.

off season stay
booked as alternative "shelter" due to a minor snowstorm traveling North. Offseason, HeidePark was closed for the season and there was only a few guest. Very freindly service, did past midnight laundry service and delivered on reqest next morning...can recommend. Bed was very hard...else very impressed with the decorations and attention to detail of the pirate theme....

Ikke godt nok...
ALT var lukket.... poolen, legeområdet.... etc. Man booker netop dette familiehotel for at børnene får en eventyrlig oplevelse... når alle de ting er lukkede burde hotellet kompensere gæsterne økonomisk..... størrelsen på værelserne var god, komforten i sengene var god... prisen var for høj hvis man tager det faktum at pool med mere var lukket med i beregningen. Morgenmaden (buffet) er med stor afstand det dårligste jeg nogensinde har oplevet på et hotel.... ikke pengene værd... rengøringen på badeværelset var ikke god nok, og der lugtede af urin når man brugte bruseren...

Efterårsophold.
Parken var sjov men lukkede kl 18 de dage vi var der. Aftenbuffeten på hotellet kunne vi først få bord til kl 20 det var ok men buffeten blev ikke fyldt op så det var lidt tarveligt. Desuden er der ikke mange der kan engelsk. Morgenbuffet var udemærket. Sengene virkelig hårde så det var godt det kun var 2 nætter. Svømmebadet var et hit for børnene. Hotellet var pænt og rent og flot halloween pyntet.
