Incredibly poor facilities and overpriced
The building is an older building, which is fine, but it is not properly maintained. The curtain rod in our room was literally falling off the wall. The heating/cooling unit did not work properly - we had it set for heat and it just stopped working over night. We woke up in the middle of the night freezing (see comment below about insufficient bedding). The towel holder in the bathroom was badly damaged. A child got sick in the hallway right outside our door so I called the front desk. This was addressed by vacuuming it up - leaving a stain and odor. The mattresses are in such poor condition that there is no support.
The bedding provided was a very thin coverlet. We were here in the winter during a snow storm and were unable to get a blanket- we asked at two different times.
There is no housekeeping services - once every two weeks. You only get 2 rolls of toilet paper - we had 2 adults and stayed for 3 nights. You have to ask for glasses. You have to pay to have cooking items and utensils for the kitchen. The price per night is daylight robbery for such poor facilities and lack of amenities.
