Close to the sites and restaurants.
The Hotel Palms is absolutely perfect for exploring the sites of Pompeii! It’s about a 12 minute walk away to the main entrance and a great hotel for staying with kids. The rooms were really comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic however the best part was the staff. They were super friendly and always wanted to be helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Good breakfast, next door to a beautiful church. Pompeii ruins are a few blocks from this hotel well worth the stay. Ask at front desk for a guide for the ruins very reasonable price.

Fabulous hotel. Staff all spoke excellent English and were incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, large, and well kept. Wonderful views of the city/Vesuvius, and the outdoors patio was lovely. Super convenient location close to the Circumvesuviana metro line, and easy walking distance to the Pompeii ruins, many restaurants (Na Pasta was our favorite!), and gelateria. Favorite part of our trip was the time in Pompeii. You won't go wrong staying here!

Good hotel, great location
Great location for a trip to Pompei and Vesuvius. I’d probably suggest it’s more like a solid 3 star hotel, staff were good with an authentic feel but the rooms need a bit of repair and updating. Size it was okay for two adults and two kids and price wasn’t bad for the location but I’ve not really had local comparisons.

From the time we arrived, everything was fantastic. Very welcoming staff, friendly and helpful. Very close to Pompeii ruins, walking easily to shops and restaurants and beautiful historic church. Great stay - Thanks Hotel Palma!
Very convenient to train station across the piazza and to back gate of ancient Pompeii which is only about a 6-7 minute walk up the street, safe neighborhood, comfy bed, large room with wrap-around balcony, super clean (Room 121 looked new), all in-room amenities worked, plenty of hot water, quick Wifi connection, great service, good breakfast to start your day, all with an independent laundry right next door. Would rather have had a bath, but small shower stalls are typical in Europe. Would definitely stay there again!
