10/10 Exceptional

The staffs are kind

The staff are friendly, especially Suman, although the rooms are a bit old, they are worth the money. It's only a 10-minute walk to the falls.
Carl Vincent, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Essential parts of room clean

The essential items I needed were very clean such as bed, sink and toilet and Jacuzzi. It was quiet. The motel itself could use some repair and paint. But, I was there to visit the Falls not stay in the room. So the price was great compared to other motels in the area. .

6/10 Good

the night was fine; when we woke up in the morning, the restroom was covered in bees. it was extremely frustrating, especially since I have an allergy to bees tings.

6/10 Good

Not great but not bad!

The motel (it's not a hotel) is really close to the horseshoe waterfall (15 minutes walk max). There was mold in the shower when we arrived but as soon as I told them, it was cleaned perfectly. It's not a great room, but for the price, the size of the jaccuzi (for 4 person!) and to be so close of everything it was a nice stay. The bed was comfortable.

Had some minor plumbing issues but otherwise was great for the price paid
Reg, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

It was okay for a night, but would not stay longer than that. A leg fell off one of he beds. The hotel is run down.
Sandra, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Uncomfortable beds. Terrible pillows. Could see in from the outside into the bathroom. There was a spilled soda can in the middle of the floor when we got in. Bathroom trash was full. Our power went out in the middle of the night and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Overpriced for what it is AND they charged for parking.
Chad, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

When I arrived, there was nobody at the desk and when the young woman finally arrived, she was rude and discourteous. I had to pay for parking, which was not on the website, nor was it on the sign outside the hotel. The deadbolt on the door did not work, and there was no security chain. When I asked about it, she told me I would not be attacked. Really???? Place was fine for the price, but her service was horrible and ruined my experience. Tub was not working. Bed was comfortable, and room had a nice refrigerator and microwave. The location is fine. Took me 20 minutes to walk down to the Falls viewing point. Friendly locals, hang out and play music and chat, and we’re helpful with directions. The morning clerk, a friendly young man, was great. Helpful and courteous.
The sign is a lie. You have to pay for parking. And also shows how close it is to walk downtown.
Deadbolt didn’t work and no security chain

2/10 Poor

So many roaches

There were so many roaches. We had some tortillas that weren't in the fridge and they were all over them. They were in the bathroom, on the walls, etc. we would pick something up off the floor or move a shoe and there would be a roach underneath. This was after getting into the room with a torn privacy screen in the bathroom and a carpet in front of the door that was so torn it was a tripping hazard. Truly, I could go on and on. To ask for a 150 dollar security deposit in case of "damages" is absurd. Parking was not included either. Truly the ugliest place on earth.

2/10 Poor

Property looks very dingy. Going to the room, the carpets are dirty, tattered, ripped and looks very old. Upon entering the room the smells of disinfectant is soooo strong, I think to cover other smells. The bath tub is dirty and chipped. The drawers are falling off, faceplates are all chipped. The building looks delapidated, the bed is so uneven and no support at all. We fear of bed bugs as well. My daughters saw the pool and stated "it looks like a thousand frogs peed on it. "
