Hotel is very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly but they don’t provide you with all information. Such as house keeping is only every other day. We had a toilet leak on a Saturday they had to move us since the one maintenance man doesn’t work on the weekends. Then the 2nd room had motion sensors on the lights and even though we were in the room the lights went out every 20-30 seconds. They offered to move us a 2nd time. We declined. The maintenance man fixed that problem on Monday morning

Wonderful staff. Notice on the pool being down for repairs would have been great to know. I would have stayed at the Marriott renaissance, which is right next-door, but you’re not allowed to use their pool if you’re staying at this hotel didn’t make much sense to me besides that fair place to rest your head

My husband and I with our 2 children stayed here for a second time in recent years to explore the area. We stayed 2 nights. Check in was easy and staff were very polite. Room was clean. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The pool was a bit too cold for us but the kids didn’t mind. The hot tub is out of order unfortunately. Breakfast was a plus with many options. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Most friendly and welcoming staff ever!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. One of the greatest aspects was how friendly and welcoming and respectful all the staff were to ourselves as customers but also to one another. I believe the staff at this hotel may be the most welcoming I have experienced outside of Disneyland. We'll done. I genuinely felt they were happy we were there and were happy to be there themselves. The customer service at this hotel is a competitive advantage in my opinion. Thank you!
