Room is not clean!!!

We arrived roughly 5pm the day of checked-in. And we got our room, it’s not clean and we needed to wait for an hour more for the room to clean. Not even water offer.

Morning buffet needs work

The rooms were really small for a family of 4 but we made it work. We had to have a baby crib in the room for our youngest which made it a bit tighter. One of the biggest issues was the breakfast. There was no one by the door telling people where to sit, so people were just walking around looking for tables which made it a lot more hectic. Both mornings we had to ask for the table to be cleaned because the employees were focused on other tasks. The second morning we were there (Saturday) was pandemonium. There were actually people standing and eating on the tables where the buffet food is placed instead of waiting for a table. I found this quite disgusting/unsanitary, but the staff didn’t ask them to move.

Der er kun er restaurant, som er relativ dyr i forhold til, hvad man får (kun buffet). Så sørg for at komme først i åbningstiden til aftensmad, da maden ikke fyldes op/passes. Pandekagerne til dessert var som pap, og meget manglede, da der ikke fyldes op. Sengekomfort er udemærket.

Fint hotell, god frokost og hyggelig betjening, 10-15 min gange til Dyreparken. Vi er en familie på fire og det var supert at det var mulighet for at alle kunne overnatte på et og samme rom, samtidig som det ble litt trangt med sengene ute og all bagasjen. Ellers var det god frokost og ok middag i restauranten. Fint med egen barnemeny og supert at man kunne smøre med seg en stor matpakke for kr.98,- Gøy for barna at det var lekeområde i kjelleren. Bassenget fikk vi dessverre ikke tid til å bruke, da vi hadde to overnattinger og to dager i Dyreparken.
