Hi, Stayed 11 nights. It was overall a gòod experien c e. Resort is alittle old and some areas could do with some repairs. Wi Fi signal is patchy in some areas including in the rooms and parts of the front restaurant. Rooms are clean and serviced daily. Typically with Bali staff, they don't approach you till summoned. Didn't get what was booked
I'm not one to usually write a bad review but our experience was so frustrating I feel i need to. Upon arrival we were told that they didn't have any double rooms as they were fully booked (we had booked a double). After I questioned why they allowed us to book one they offered us one if we upgraded to one. We refused to pay so they said they would have a double the following day. So we got on with it and went to the twin room. We went down the next morning to ask when we they wanted us to move. We were then told that we couldn't have a double again that day as they had already given out all of the doubles for that night. No apologies were given and they didn't seem to care. After I made a slight fuss i was told that we could have a 'king size bed instead' (they pushed our beds together to make a bed up but was uncomfortable). The hotel is not worth the money we paid for it. Stayed in much better around Bali for the same price. Good location just a shame the facilities and service were poor.
