One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I've Ever Had
This was by far one of the most horrible rooms I’ve ever stayed in—and the worst part is, it wasn’t even cheap. Due to a highway closure, I was forced to find a last-minute place to stay. Most nearby hotels were fully booked, and unfortunately, this one was among the few with availability. I chose it because the price suggested it would be somewhat decent, and the photos on the website made it look clean and comfortable. What a lie.
The room was filthy, outdated, and completely unacceptable for the price I paid. I immediately asked the front desk to move me to a cleaner, more decent room, but they claimed the hotel was full and that this was the only option. It was past midnight and I was exhausted, so I had no choice but to stay.
The towels were disgusting, and the shower was in such bad shape we didn’t even use it. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. This place is misleading customers with false advertising and overcharging for substandard conditions. Absolutely unacceptable.
