Family vacation
They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay. Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping. Breakfast is great with plenty of food choices.

Exceptional!! Beautiful rooms, thoughtful extra items with fabulous smelling soaps and lotions. Super quiet even with Christmas market outside. Phenomenal breakfast!! Every food I loved was there: poached eggs, salmon, veggies, muesli, a million breads and cheese and omelets to order. Full German, English and American breakfast foods and fish and cheeses. Wonderful coffee and free champagne. Service was so polite and attentive. Hot hot sauna and steam room were great after all the sights and museums of Leipzig. We went to the opera dressed to the max from this posh hotel and it felt just right.
