10/10 Excellent

Such a cute place with an amazing view from the room. The rooftop bar and social scene was great with again amazing views of the city. I'll definitely stay again.
Rosemary, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very kind and professional. The bar on the rooftop offers great cocktails. The bartenders very friendly. My room was spacious modern and clean, and I love the hotel is in close proximity to the Highline Patk. Zaha Hadid’s building is also right across the street, which is beautiful to look at from the Hotel rooftop.

10/10 Excellent

Felt like we were in Soho just outside of Midtown. Could not have picked a better location and a better boutique hotel. Loved it!
Kimberly, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

After my first room was hot, Martin at the front desk quickly changed me to a higher floor, cooler room and couldn’t have been more helpful. Great place to stay in NYC.

10/10 Excellent

Great hotel, great location also.
Thuy Anh, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

The housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient. The the rest of the staff— front desk, bar tenders and wait staff were disconnected, disinterested and distant. My standard room was ridiculous. You need advance acrobatic skills to negotiate the tiny spaces along side the platforn bed. The bathroom is a phone booth
William, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Very good staff, hotel is really cool - trendy. Pleasantly surprised at how nice it was.
Brett, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Nice hotel. Great staff. Was able to park in street when got there. Parked in garage around corner after that. Room was a little worn so if ur picky may not be for you. Bedding and pillow super comfy and im picky about that. I would definately stay again.
Richard, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Not too bad not too good, homeless man was running around inside at 2am so that’s cool
Uriel, 2-night trip

Martin helped me, and he is such a great person to explain the location plus taking care of costumers I would stay at this hotel Again because of people like him. Thank you Martin for making my stay prefect.
Alexander, 4-night trip

2/10 Terrible

I was not able to check in because of HVAC issues. I had to find another hotel and it cost me a lot of money and time. Very frustrated
Elliott, 1-night trip

It was Quiet
Leslie, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Reserved vía expedía and they didn’t find my reservation and was charged …. Very disappointed
Edna, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

There should be more hooks in the bathroom particularly in the shower. The shower curtain was not effective in preventing the floor from getting wet. Staff was very good
Goutam, 3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Terrible room, poor
Art, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

I had a wonderful stay at this property in the heart of Chelsea, Manhattan. The location was incredibly convenient — close to everything I needed and surrounded by amazing food options, from casual bites to upscale dining and lots of art exhibitions! The room itself was unique and thoughtfully designed. It was the perfect blend of comfort and style. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood!
Chase, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

The staff at the front desk is almost nonexistent. Consistently not there to help. Additionally the property itself wasn’t the most clean experience.
Ashiv, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Liked that I could park for free on the street in front of hotel
Jan, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

The room was small, but stylish with floor to ceiling windows. But it seems like they opened before they were ready. There are no USB connections; most of the equipment in the room seemed 30-years old. As did the halls and elevator. The bed is comfortable but only about a foot off the ground on a wood platform that I kept bumping into. Cool lobby; nice vibe. NO A/C!! When I arrived they told me about the A/C and left me no alternative. I guess the building systems are 30 years old too.
larry, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Needs to more attention to cleanliness, one of my towels in my room was falling apart and shredded on one end. Big cockroach came on the towel on my last day staying. Staff was great, but property definitely needs some upkeep and janitorial work.
