I have travelled all over the world, and I have never stayed in a hotel with staff who were so miserable. I was the only English guest, other nationalities were French, German & Russian.
When I walked through reception any time of day and night I smiled and said hello, and there was no response.
I was staying on a BB basis and when I asked for a drink at the bar they asked if I was all inclusive I relied no he served, and asked for the money, I wanted to put it on my room, but he demanded I pay there and then without a please or thank you. This happened several times.
A few positive the rep Carleen was fantastic, kind and helpful, and the staff in the shop spoke, and smiled every time I visited.
