Satisfactory hotel but with exceptionally polite, kind and very helpful receptionists. Hotel is out of town and the recommended bluebird taxi service group (not Bali taxi-crooks) was inexpensive. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to Kuta Square at 10 am everyday and that was a bonus. However, breakfast was less to be desired with the same menu each and every day (catered mainly for the mainland Chinese tourists) and lacked any fruit or vegetables such as tomatoes, cheese, yogurt or cucumbers, omelettes or even mixed salad was never offered for breakfast. Caucasian tourists would find this unacceptable. Plain white bread was only ONE loaf but was topped up with guest's requests. Apparently the reason for this was that many tourists either wasted the bread or stole them for later use in their rooms.The same was with white rice, chicken and cabbage. The pool was very nice.
