Clean, quiet and restful
This was my first stay, and it was no surprise that because this place was so new, some of the rooms didn't have room numbers set in place. That said, everything was brand new clean, and the carpet still bouncy and remarkably quiet. The Continental breakfast was fresh and had ripe fruit vs canned. On check-in, reception made it easy to pre-arrange service to the airport via a private cab and was delightful to deal with. Consider this place if you need to stay at a hotel by the airport or even just in north-east Calgary.

Great place for a weekend getaway!
The Staff at Park Inn is amazing. Very accommodating and quick to respond to any requests. This is our 4th time staying her for a girls weekend and it did not disappoint. The rooms are great, tons of space. The kitchenette is well equipped and clean. Full size fridge and microwave. Highly recommend.

Wonderful suite with full kitchen appliances. Pet friendly and very good value for cost. Convenient location and friendly staff. Breakfast is limited but to be expected given cost. We have stayed multiple times and will continue to do so.

Very bad. Never go there.
Itwas a very bad experience. Hotel was under renovation and we were not informed prior. There was weird smaell in th eproperty which was not very good for the kids. There was smiking smell and vape smell in the elevator probably due to workers. There was a kitchenette and thats why ee stayed but pan was not good and ww could not cook even one meal for the little one. Asked for cleaning the room twice but both the times floors were not cleaning even after tellimg the reception. Overall a very bad experience. Had i know i would hv never booked.

Wonderful stay
Hotel and staff were wonderful and Merry all of our needs. The breakfast was ok, but wasn't as nice as other hotels. We traveled with our dog and 4 month baby and the staff were really great with helping with anything we needed. Room was everything that we needed and wanted. We would stay here again.

Needs work!
The hotel was under construction which was fine. However we had to ask to have a lightbulb installed in a lampshade as there was none. We went an entire day without tv because housekeeping didn’t know how to program it. The tv programming had been changed and they didn’t know. Then I dropped something on the floor in the bathroom and it rolled behind the toilet and noticed about a two inch thick black rim of scum or probably mold on the underside rim of the toilet. There was also what looks like a rather large spot of green mold in the corner of the tub. Also when I booked the room a week ago I called and asked for early check in. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. Waited most of the day. Called several times only to get the room an hour early. Also asked for late check out and was told No! Had to ask for dishwasher soap when we arrived as there was none in the room. The other thing is our room did not have an ice maker in the fridge so if we wanted ice we had to ask the front desk for it. Not a big problem but when they are busy it would be easier just to have one that is convenient to use whenever we need.
